When quoting or submitting applications for Personal and Commercial Lines of Insurance we collect additional information such as your education and work experience, and other details of your personal life, such as your date of birth, the names and ages of your spouse or children, and your hobbies.

We do not sell or disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as requested by our clients or as required by law.
We restrict access to personal information concerning you, except to our employees, insurance companies or Banks (in case you had requested a bank product to receive your income tax refund) who need such information in order to provide products or services to you.

Can you review or correct your personal information?
We allow our customer to review and request changes in the customer's own personal information. We will need your complete name, address, policy number (if applicable), daytime phone number and a copy of your driver’s license/state ID or may require other personal identification. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days unless state law requires us to respond earlier. We will tell you with whom we have shared the information in the last two (2) years.
